Quality:
Each home inspection is done with perfection. Our inspections follow standard exclusions and limitations in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics established by the N.C. Home Inspector Licensure Board. Personal items, floor coverings, wall coverings, and furniture are not moved during the inspection. Our inspections also incude recomendations and suggestions of repairs. A follow-up inspection to observe the repairs made is also available for an extra fee.
